JCC Maccabi Games

From July 28-August 4 in Birmingham, Alabama, athletes will compete in the JCC Maccabi Games. The JCC Maccabi Games is an Olympics style event complete with opening and closing ceremonies, passing of the torch, and Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals for Jewish teens ages 13-16 (before July 31, 2017).

Athletes compete in a variety of sports, participate in fun, meaningful Tikun Olam (repairing the world) activities, celebratory parties, and meet teens from across the country and around the world.

This year, the San Diego delegation will compete in the following sports:
